Your essentials to get started

Connect to Wi-Fi

Enjoy fast, secure Wi-Fi on UNSW campuses via Uniwide and Eduroam, available to staff, students, and alumni.
Your zID & password

Your zID grants access to various services. Learn how to change your password and secure your account.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for all UNSW students, staff, and zID account holders.
Access your Outlook email

UNSW's email services are available to all staff and enrolled students for seamless communication.
Connect to VPN

The UNSW VPN provides a secure network connection over the internet.

Microsoft Office 365

Log in with your zID@ad.unsw.edu.au and zPass to access Office 365 applications.
Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud offers apps and services for design, video, web, and photography.
MyUNSW

Enter your zID and zPass (or UniPass for pre-enrolled students) on the myUNSW login page.
