As a graduate of UNSW, you may apply for a replacement testamur if your original document has been lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged, or if your name has changed.

If you are unable to return your original testamur, you must:

Complete a Statutory Declaration, opens in a new window saying so

Have it certified by a Justice of the Peace

Lodge your certified Statutory Declaration with your application for a replacement testamur.
An Award and Enrolment Statement (completion letter) can only be issued once your graduation status is Awarded. Please check your graduation details before you submit a request for an Award and Enrolment Statement.
If you require these documents in paper rather than the digital version, you may apply for copies by completing the application forms below.
