There will be a planned temporary outage for myUNSW and other systems which are being upgraded: Friday 28 March 2025, 5.30pm AEDT - Sunday 30 March 2025, 11.59pm AEDT.

During this time, several myUNSW services will be unavailable, including updating your enrolment, applying for Special Consideration, or accessing your Academic Statement. The Nucleus: Student Hub will be providing limited services to support you in the meantime.

Term 1, 2025 - Enrolment deadline and Payment due (T1B)

Last day to add or swap courses via myUNSW and pay fees for Teaching Period One - B (T1B). Note: T1B is not a main teaching period and runs during Weeks 6-10 of Teaching Period One (T1). Please check the teaching period of your courses in myUNSW.

Term 1, 2025 - Census date and drop without academic penalty (T1B)

Last day to drop Teaching Period One - B (T1B) courses without financial and academic penalty. Note: T1B is not a main teaching period and runs during Weeks 6-10 of Teaching Period One (T1). Please check the teaching period of your courses in myUNSW.

Term 1, 2025 - Deadline to drop WITH academic penalty (T1B)

Last day to drop Teaching Period One - B (T1B) courses WITH academic penalty, resulting in a grade of AW (Academic Withdrawal). Note: T1B is not a main teaching period and runs during Weeks 6-10 of Teaching Period One (T1). Please check the teaching period of your courses in myUNSW.
