If you are accessing your lifelong UNSW email address for the first time, you will need to reset your Microsoft ID password, opens in a new window using your UNSW student number (zID) and zPass (the password for your zID). Once you have done this, you will be able to add your UNSW email address to any email platform. For more information, go to MyIT, opens in a new window.
