Communications support

- Alumni network listing on the UNSW Alumni website.
- Content posted on select UNSW social media platforms.
- Targeted email communications to alumni in your city.
Database support
The Alumni Experience team maintains a database of all UNSW alumni. Alumni data is confidential and protected under Australian privacy legislation and the University’s privacy policy. To ensure the consistency and quality of alumni data, and to protect the privacy of graduates, alumni networks are not permitted to keep separate databases. Instead, all communications to alumni will come from the UNSW Alumni Experience Team.
Provide approval for using the University’s name, logo and branding elements
The Alumni Experience team must provide approval in writing before an Alumni Network may use UNSW’s name, logo and branding elements in their activities. All activities, outside of those mentioned above, will need to be endorsed by the Alumni Experience team before an alumni network can proceed. Unauthorised use of the University’s name, logo and branding elements may result in restrictions on the support provided by the Alumni Experience team.
