Supported Accommodation Evaluation Framework (SAEF)

The NSW Department of Family and Community Services, Ageing, Disability and Home Care commissioned SPRC to design an evaluation framework and collect initial data for the accommodation support and funding models under Stronger Together 2 (ST2), now known as Ready Together. These policies include support similar to the arrangements in NDIS. The findings highlight practical strategies that can be implemented for best practice, and have implications for policy design, implementation and collaboration.
