The DREAM Network is a disability youth leadership network to support young people with disability in their career and leadership aspirations funded by the Department of Social Services and implemented by Children and Young People with Disability Australia (CYDA). The Network aims to facilitate linkages between skilled and talented young people with disability and employers across all industries. The DREAM Network works with business and young people with disability on career pathways, rather than just being a program that improves skills in isolation from opening job opportunities.
CYDA have commissioned a research team based at UNSW, Sydney and Flinders University, Adelaide to evaluate the DREAM Network approach and impact over a two-year period.
