Social Policy Research Centre
The Department of Social Services commissioned the Social Policy Research Centre to review the National Disability Strategy 2010-2020, Australia's overarching national framework for disability reform.
The objective was to look back over the implementation of the Strategy and advise on successful implementation processes and measures to inform the development of a new framework beyond 2020. The review also informs later stages of the framework development, which includes public consultations by the Department. The review involved a document review of existing evidence about the Strategy and targeted stakeholder consultations across Australia.
