Inclusion is about creating learning and working environments where everyone can feel free, comfortable and safe to be who they are. The diversity that someone brings to a classroom, workplace, team or organisation should not only be accepted, but celebrated and valued. Research shows that organisations and teams that embrace diversity and are inclusive outperform those that don't.

At UNSW, we encourage everyone to play an active role in building and promoting inclusion in our community.

The SBS Inclusion Program is designed to give all current students and staff core skills and knowledge of inclusion in general, as well as around specific diversity dimensions.
