Olga Pitt

Bio

Olga Pitt, B.Sc (Hons) commenced in 2017 as a Client Services Officer, at the Optics and Radiometry Laboratory (ORLAB) at UNSW, Sydney. Prior to  that, she worked as a Project Manager at Standards Australia. She was mostly involved in projects related to WHS.  She grew to love laboratories similar to Myth-Busters through her first job at the NSW WorkCover lab (now Safe Work NSW) at Lidcombe and later at its current location in Londonderry. Burning things, shooting ball bearings and dropping heavy objects in the name of product testing was all in a day's work. She found managing that lab was both challenging and rewarding.
