This half-day workshop is for junior and senior HR professionals. The workshop’s aims are to help HR professionals
- access valuable insights having to do with human behaviour
- consider how they use evidence in making decisions, and
- kick-start changes in their organisations.
The event’s schedule involves a series of UNSW-affiliated expert speakers, followed by rotating small group discussion, and then a premium catered lunch. This workshop is a joint project of the UNSW Business School’s Strategic HR Series and BIBaP network, and AHRI’s NSW Emerging HR Professionals network.
