Conditions imposed on applicant for the approval of the application
- That the use the reproduction(s) will be for the stated purpose only,
- That there will be no infringement of copyright, opens in a new window, including re-use without obtaining further permission or use on photo-sharing websites, including social media.
- That the use of the reproduction will be in accordance with the conditions of the signed Reader’s Registration Form and Access Policy if applicable,
- That the used records(s) will be acknowledged as "Courtesy UNSW Archives", #unswarchives or cited in accordance with the University Archives’ requirements if referred to in a paper, publication, social media, exhibition or similar.
