ARTIST STATEMENT

DREAM(E)SCAPE follows the frantic journey of an escape from a digital dystopia. The piece explores the indistinguishability between the realism of modern simulated experiences and our tangible reality in an era where these realms are more blurred than ever before. The protagonist encapsulates the existential fear that many people feel in the wake of big tech and AI in the modern world, reflecting our personal cycles of technological overdependence and constant overstimulation.

Artwork medium: 3D Animation; Blender, After Effects, Houdini
