The Growth Strategy project offers you a unique chance to work with real industry clients to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities. 

You’ll partner with businesses to focus on areas such as marketing, product development or customer channels. As a consultant, you'll conduct in-depth research, analyse industry trends and perform competitor analysis to uncover actionable insights that can drive strategic growth. 

This project, created in collaboration with industry experts, provides hands-on experience in developing and recommending strategies that address current challenges and leverage new opportunities.

Key Course Details

  • Course Length: Two weeks
  • Delivery Format: Virtual team-based learning
  • Commitment: 25 hours

Prerequisites: 

  • Career Accelerator: Essentials modules must be completed prior to enrolment, log in using student-enrolment key: Career_Accelerator.
  • You have achieved a score in yellow or green zone for your “LinkedIn profile” on the Career AI platform (Aspire module).

Certification/Badge Requirements:

  • Compulsory pre-program Orientation session

  • Draft market research and insights report submission

  • Final report submission

  • Student feedback survey
