You’ll take part in face-to-face and online learning, work collaboratively with your peers and educators and learn practical skills you can implement in your workplace right away.
The Graduate Certificate in Leadership can be taken as a standalone program to grow your expertise in leadership, allowing you to access senior leadership roles within your organisation and give you an edge in the job market. It can also be used as a pathway to further study at the master’s level, for example, an MBA at AGSM.

Entry requirements
You will need to have:
- A recognised undergraduate degree (or equivalent qualification) and a minimum of 2 years professional or managerial work experience, or
- At least 6 years professional work experience
Note: Meeting the entry requirements does not guarantee you will be offered a place on this program.

Full program structure
The Graduate Certificate in Leadership is a flexible, part-time program that can be completed in as little as 8 months or up to 2 years. The program consists of 24 units of credit (UOC) when taken as a standalone program. Students must complete:
