My research focusses on the detection and quantification of greenhouse gas emissions (carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide) from the oil and gas, coal and agricultural sectors. Currently I oversee the data acquisition and analysis of airborne- and satellite-based measurements of greenhouse gas emissions in the Hunter Coalfields. I also work closely with the United Nations Environment Programme’s International Methane Emissions Observatory (UNEP's IMEO) coordinating and analysing data from airborne measurement campaigns conducted across Australia as part of IMEO’s Methane Science Studies.
