I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Senior Lecturer and Program Lead for Exercise Science at the University of New South Wales interested in implementing pragmatic exercise research projects that improve health and physical performance.
The application of my research interests vary from sporting to ageing populations and also injury management.
