My main research interests are cardiopulmonary diseases and the use of exercise for diagnosis and management. My MRes focused on understanding heart-lung interactions and the functional consequences of altered cardiac morphology in powerlifters. My PhD is examining exercise testing practices in undifferentiated breathlessness and heart failure.

Alongside my cardiac-focused research, I am also a dual-qualified clinician, with a background in critical care nursing and cardiopulmonary exercise physiology. I currently teach the cardiovascular accreditation requirements in the Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology programs at UNSW.
