As a data scientist (postdoctoral fellow), I build data pipelines, develop and leverage algorithms and AI, and perform data analysis and evaluation to facilitate clinical decision-making.
My background is in engineering and I have been working on developing and evaluating AI on electronic medical record (EMR), algorithms on biomedical data, Internet of Things (IoT) for patient safety with web and mobile app interfaces, and hardware design for biomedical data collection.
I am currently working as part of implementation science team, Implementation to Impact (i2i), with the aim at building a learning health system and translating evidence-based precision medicine into practice to improve patient care in oncology.
