I am an experienced university educator and supervisor who is passionate about teaching and mental health. I hold a PhD in behavioral neuroscience, which I completed at UNSW after receiving my First Class Honours degree. I am especially interested in academic performance, stress management and the impact of lifestyle on mental health. Overall, I enjoy being a leader and mentor in the education sector.
