Jaleh Gholami is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre (NDARC), opens in a new window, Faculty of Medicine, UNSW. She is a medical doctor and received her Ph.D. in Epidemiology and Master of Public Health from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Her research interests focus on the epidemiology and trends of drug and alcohol use, the incidence of major consequences of drug use, and the effectiveness of opioid substitution treatment.
