Dr Emiliya Suprun
Dr Emiliya Suprun is a Lecturer in Systems Engineering in the School of Systems and Computing (SYSCOM) and Capability Systems Centre at UNSW Canberra. Before joining UNSW Canberra in 2023, she worked as a post-doc research fellow at the School of Engineering & Built Environment and Cities Research Institute, Griffith University, Australia.
Emiliya has worked on numerous research and consultancy projects with a range of large interdisciplinary teams in engineering, construction and environmental engineering and management research. Her PhD research was focused on modelling an innovation system in the context of the construction industry. Her research interests include integrated decision support systems using coupled system dynamics modelling, scenario analysis, operational research methods, digital engineering and digital transformation. Emiliya has been working closely with government agencies on projects associated with digital engineering, digital asset information management frameworks and industry digital transformation maturity.
