I am a registered occupational therapist with vast experience working with clients living with a disability and in community settings. I am also a researcher in healthcare sciences, with a focus on the impact of culture in the provision of healthcare services, intergenerational programs, and the use of arts and humanities in the higher education sector.
I maintain a global understanding of current issues in healthcare and education due to my personal and professional trajectories, including degrees completion in Chile, Spain, Sweden, and Australia.
I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and Associate Fellow of the Australian & New Zealand Association for Health Professional Educators (AFANZAHPE).
Currently working as the Nexus Fellow at the School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, UNSW.
