Dr April Morrow is an early career researcher with experience in implementation science and behavioural research. Her PhD was an in-depth process evaluation of a randomised controlled trial testing approaches to improve detection of Lynch syndrome among colorectal cancer patients. Her current work focusses on the implementation of precision oncology into the health system via a novel, multidisciplinary model of care.
As a practicing cancer genetic counsellor, Dr Morrow is passionate about understanding and improving the uptake of evidence-based practices within health systems, particularly in the hereditary cancer setting.
