The Centre for Social Impact at UNSW Sydney (CSI UNSW) recently hosted a networking event that connected graduate scholarship students with members of the CSI Sydney Advisory Council.
The Sydney Advisory Council of The Centre for Social Impact is led by David Gonski, and comprised of nationally recognised leaders in social impact, across sectors.
“This is an incredible opportunity for our UNSW scholarship students to further broaden their personal and support networks, as they now step into leadership roles across many different types of organizations,” stated Professor Danielle Logue, Director of UNSW Centre for Social Impact.
This event offered an invaluable platform for the next generation of social impact leaders to engage with industry experts, exchanging insights on shaping the future of social impact in Australia.
Advance your career with purpose
Nomxolisi Malope-Rwodzi, CSI UNSW MBAx scholarship recipient, reflected on the opportunity to speak with David Gonski.
“David generously engaged in a conversation about his own experiences, reassuring me that it's not just the significant achievements that matter, everything we do shifts the needle a little ultimately contributing to change. Even if we may not see the results in our lifetime,” said Nom.
