IGV

The Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) is a high-performance visualisation tool for interactive exploration of large, integrated genomic datasets. It supports a wide variety of data types, including array-based and next-generation sequence data, and genomic annotations.

Important Message

• IGV hosted on the myAccess service is reserved for use by teaching staff and eligible undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students enrolled in UNSW Sydney.
• The myAccess service is designed to support teaching. Applications hosted on the service must not be used for commercial or revenue generating activities, or to facilitate research.
