Wilson Hua
About
Wilson graduated from UNSW Sydney with a Bachelor of Information Systems. Complemented by an honors project that specifically delved into the Chinese e-commerce marketplace and user-generated content. This project dives into a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem of stakeholders involving policymakers, content creators, content consumers and professional third parties.
Additionally, Wilson brings a blend of industry and academic experience. After graduating Wilson spent his initial working years in consulting and auditing, centering around the dynamic realm of financial services, where he has played a pivotal role in providing valuable insights and recommendations to organizations.
He has a continuous passion for education where he holds multiple roles as a tutor, lecturer and education designers. These areas of specialization include business processes, databases, and agile methodologies.

Currently, Wilson primary research interest lies in the realm of intrapreneurship, a concept that involves fostering entrepreneurial spirit and innovation within established organizations. His focus also extends to the strategic utilization of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) as a catalyst for innovation within these organizations. Furthermore, Wilson is keenly interested in exploring employee-led ideation, which involves empowering employees to contribute their innovative ideas and suggestions, thereby enriching the creative and problem-solving processes within the company. His work delves into how these areas interconnect and can drive organizational growth and adaptation in a rapidly changing business landscape.
