Lisa Lu

Lisa (Wen Qi) Lu is a PhD candidate in the School of Management and Governance, UNSW Business School.

Her research utilises mixed methods with a focus on leadership and charisma, paying particular interest to interventions that enhance individual charisma and leadership abilities. Additionally, she is interested in areas such as motivation, personality, skill development, and healthcare leadership.

Lisa's prior work experience includes health policy research and development; project and committee management for national and international standards across various sectors (Data, Artificial Intelligence, Health, Protective Equipment, Construction, and Energy); and pharmacy management and services as a fully qualified pharmacist in community, medical centre, and aged-care facilities.
