Srikanth Maseedupalli is a PhD candidate at the University of New South Wales, specializing in competency-based education and assessment in optometry. His research focuses on integrating Entrusted Professional Activities into clinical training, enhancing the preparedness of graduating optometrists.
With extensive experience in clinical and academic settings, Srikanth has contributed to optometry education through innovative pedagogical strategies, curriculum development, and educational psychology. His expertise spans game-based learning, assessment methodologies, and optical dispensing training.
Srikanth has authored peer-reviewed publications, presented at international conferences, and collaborated on research projects aimed at advancing optometry education and clinical competency frameworks.
