Kevin is a PhD candidate in the UNSW School of Built Environment, with participating in international construction projects experience. He also has a master's degree in Project Management and a bachelor's degree in engineering.
His research, under the supervision of Associate Professor Riza Yosia Sunindijo and Associate Professor Changxin Cynthia Wang, focuses on identifying and evaluating the leadership competencies in the Construction 4.0 era. The work is essential for training, developing and deploying the key management resources and supporting the digital transformation in the construction industry.
