I was previously employed by Corrective Services NSW as Acting Principal Manager, Delivery, Performance and Culture and formerly Acting Principal Advisor for Women's Services. In 2023, I drove the establishment of a new team to respond to staff-perpetrated sexual misconduct which included assisting victims through the disclosure and complaint process, coordinating support, advocacy and referrals to specialist services.
Kelly completed a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University, Honours (First Class) in Criminology at UNSW and is currently a UNSW PhD candidate.
