Prior to starting my Ph.D. at the University of New South Wales, I worked as a business strategist and academic lecturer. Having perspectives and experiences in both industry and academia is considered my leverage to bridge the gap between industrial needs and academic output.

In my role as a business strategist, I was responsible for negotiating, communicating, and developing strategies to engage diverse stakeholders, including clients, business partners, investors, finance professionals, tax authorities, customs officials, vendors, legal experts, and local authorities. In my academic career, I focused my research on project communication management and the use of digital media to help accelerate the business of MSMEs.

The research area of my project covers communication strategy in cross-cultural trading platform applications that incorporate features of impact investing and marketplace dynamics. To outline this research, I will utilize the paradigm of Open Systems Theory (OST) to understand how systems function within the trading platform realm. I will employ Actor-Network Theory (ANT) as my method to explore the complex network of trading platforms.
