Anthea Raemn Hickey
Anthea is a PhD candidate in the School of Management and Governance at UNSW Business School. Her research explores the role of disinhibition, attention and cognitive flexibility as an underlying psychological mechanism of safety performance.
Anthea has worked with several private, not-for-profit and public organisations. She is a Consultant Psychologist and Executive Coach advising individuals, leaders, organisations, and boards in managing personal and organisational change, dealing with psychological and personality issues and enhancing their interpersonal effectiveness at the team and individual levels.
