The Graduate Certificate in Digital Innovation prepares you to think strategically about how new technologies and methods can help you optimise processes and solve challenges within an organisation.

This fully flexible postgraduate course gives you the tools to expand your entrepreneurial leadership skills and drive digital innovation initiatives in private, public and not-for-profit organisations. It’s ideal for those working in a corporate environment who want to accelerate their career growth, develop expertise in digital innovation and build their professional network.

The AGSM Graduate Certificate in Digital Innovation is a stand-alone qualification and can be undertaken as a pathway to the AGSM MBA (Technology) or the AGSM MBA (Executive).

The Graduate Certificate in Digital Innovation (7415) is open to International Students studying offshore. This program is not eligible for student visa.

Program structure

This course helps you develop subject matter expertise with a specialist credential in a contemporary area of growing demand. You’ll build confidence in managing digital innovation and leading your organisation through digital transformation. Gain the know-how in leading your team to understand and appreciate the impact of digital innovation and disruption on corporate strategy, ultimately driving positive outcomes.

Full program structure

The Graduate Certificate in Digital innovation is a flexible, part-time program that can be completed in as little as 8 months or up to 2 years. The program consists of 24 units of credit (UOC) when taken as a standalone program. Students must complete:

1 core course – 6 UOC

  • Digital Innovation

3 prescribed electives – 18 UOC

  • Corporate Innovation
  • Data Analytics and Decision-making 
  • Digital Strategy
  • Entrepreneurship and Innovation
  • Managing with Digital Technology
