The Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management (7417) is open to International Students studying offshore. This program is not eligible for international student visa.

Program structure

Strategy courses, like the Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management, provide the critical thinking and practical skills for effective strategy implementation. You’ll explore a range of principles and features that influence strategy execution, and develop practical insights into organisational transformation. 

Discover themes on the strategic process of managing for change, redesigning structure, human capital and talent management, and smart responses to technology. This strategic management course also examines the role and organisational value of digital technologies, including digitally enabled innovation, digital ecosystems, and digital transformation and disruption.

Full program structure

The Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management is a flexible, part-time program that can be completed in as little as 8 months or up to 2 years. The program consists of 24 units of credit (UOC) when taken as a standalone program. Students must complete:
