Develop

You’ll engage in activities such as Work Integrated Learning, internships, workshops, and coursework all designed to enhance your competencies and prepare you for the professional world.
Achieve
The Achieve phase focuses on putting your preparation into action. You’ll learn how to apply for jobs, prepare for interviews, and navigate the job market effectively. This phase includes crafting strong applications, practicing interview techniques, and developing strategies for career success. The goal is to help you secure your desired role and thrive in your professional journey.

Work Integrated Learning at UNSW Business School
We believe every student should have the chance to experience Work Integrated Learning (WIL) as part of their degree. WIL brings your studies to life and gets you ready for the workplace.
WIL courses combine academic assessments and workshops with practical work assignments with partner organisations. You’ll apply what you’ve learnt in the classroom to real business challenges, boosting your professional and personal skills.
Whether WIL is a requirement for your degree or an elective to enrich your studies, you’ll dive into real business projects with our partner organisations through these for-credit courses.
