About the work

My mental health improved significantly after participating in sports clubs on campus. By utilizing physical activity services on campus, UNSW students could access marvelous sports and fitness equipment like ball games, dancing and yoga, swimming, etc. Even light physical activities like walking around the campus could help students release dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and happiness, thus helping reduce stress and anxiety and enhance students' mental well-being. Additionally, participation in sports often involves cooperation with others, cultivating social relationships on campus through sports activities could reduce students' loneliness, which would benefit their mental health as well. Now let's put down our mobile phones and step out of our rooms. Sports on campus provide a variety for students to release mental pressure!
