How to structure your honours year
Depending on the honours stream, your honours year will either consist of research, coursework or a combination of the two. Regardless of this distinction, you'll be required to course enrol and class register into a total of 48UOC across multiple terms.

Enrolling in your courses
Students undertaking honours are required to enrol into their courses for each term via myUNSW. This must be completed no later than the enrolment deadline for each term. Enrolment is a two-step process consisting of course enrolment and class registration. For detailed instructions on how to enrol, please see the step-by-step annual enrolment guide.
Choosing your courses

After you have accepted your Full Offer, please enrol in the following:
- First term – BEES4517 (16UOC)
- Second term – BEES4517 (16UOC)
- Third term – BEES4517 (16UOC)
You'll have to class register every term prior to the term starting.
If your offer is conditional based on outstanding UNSW term results, please enrol in BEES4517 16UC after your results are released.

Medicinal Chemistry Honours

Nanoscience Honours
- First term – NANO4012
- Second term – NANO4012
- Third term – NANO4012
Also note that you'll have to class register every term prior to the term starting.
