What is an online MBA?
An online MBA in Australia allows professionals to study and obtain an MBA entirely online. They follow a similar structure and include the same coursework as an in-person MBA, but the lessons are delivered online. That means you can study from anywhere in the world and schedule your learning around your existing commitments.
At AGSM, our online MBAs are called MBAX programs and include seven specialisations (with the option to complete a generalist program) to suit your interests and career aspirations. The ‘X’ in MBAX represents the opportunity to specialise. The ‘X’ will not appear on your official university academic transcripts or graduation testamur.
Our Executive MBA can also be studied mostly online, accommodating the needs of busy professionals. All AGSM programs incorporate online elements to provide a comprehensive and accessible learning experience.

AGSM's MBAX programs allow you to specialise in one of seven areas, providing a focused and relevant education tailored to your career goals. Alternatively, you can complete a generalist program to keep your options open. You’ll choose from over 30 electives to further customise your study plan. The available specialisations include:

The LLM MBA (Law)
The LLM MBA (Law) is a double degree that combines the Master of Laws (LLM), led by UNSW’s prestigious faculty of Law & Justice, with the top-ranked MBA program delivered by AGSM @ UNSW Business School. This program provides a comprehensive understanding of both business management and advanced legal concepts. It’s ideal for practising lawyers, legal counsels, executives and senior public administrators who are looking to enhance their expertise and career prospects.

Domestic students can expect to pay between $60,660 and $64,080 for an online MBA at AGSM.
