What is a leadership program?
Our leadership programs at AGSM include a range of MBA and graduate certificate courses designed to suit various career stages and professional goals.

A full-time MBA is an intensive leadership training program designed to help professionals unlock new career opportunities, move into a new industry, or start their own business. It takes one year to complete a full-time MBA, with the option to add an Extension Year. Most learning typically takes place on-campus with your cohort through lectures and workshops.

An Executive MBA is a part-time MBA program, designed for executives, managers and professionals who are working full-time and eager to accelerate their career growth. This part-time MBA focuses on developing strategic leadership skills, commercial acumen and innovative thinking. The Executive MBA can be completed across two to six years without disrupting your regular working hours since most of the coursework is completed online.

An online MBA offers the flexibility to study from anywhere in the world, allowing you to balance your education with personal and professional commitments. At AGSM, our online MBAX programs give you the opportunity to specialise in one of seven streams, or you can complete a generalist program. The MBAX can be completed in as little as two years or up to six years.
The Executive MBA can also be completed mostly online, and all our AGSM programs have flexible and convenient online components.

Graduate certificates provide a shorter, focused learning experience for professionals who want to upskill in specific areas of business and leadership. These programs provide an opportunity for skill development and career enhancement, without committing to a full MBA. AGSM offers seven industry-leading graduate certificate programs which can be completed in as little as eight months or up to two years part-time.
