Researchers at the UNSW Materials and Manufacturing Futures Institute (MMFI) partnered with scientists from the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) to study and find alternative approaches with an eye towards a more sustainable future.
Each of these projects are designed to deliver real-world social benefits and highlight the Institute’s focus on advanced manufacturing and creative interdisciplinary collaboration across the university.
Over the past 6 months there have been a lot of changes on Campus brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic causing the UNSW Materials and Manufacturing Futures Institute.
The Materials and Manufacturing Futures Institute (‘MMFI’) has been moving at a very fast pace since our last e-news and I’m pleased to advise we have achieved some great results.
Since the kick-off meeting two months ago, in terms of set up, we are progressing gradually but in terms of outcomes, we have achieved substantial results.
