Our research

Businesses play an integral role in our changing and uncertain world. They not only develop as a result of the context they work in but also shape their environment through the way they conduct themselves. Their success often comes down to finding or creating ‘unicorn’ employees and teams who add value through unique sets of qualities that make them extremely rare and valuable, but hard to find. Once found ‘unicorns’ help organisations develop new strategic visions, find new ways of working and drive innovation through their passion.
