The School of Management and Governance (SoMG) within UNSW Business School aspires to be an internationally recognized scholarly hub for generating cutting-edge, practice-based, impactful, and future-oriented knowledge. Our vision has been to establish ourselves as Australia’s leading management school by producing meaningful research that addresses a broad spectrum of management and governance-related issues, ultimately solving pressing managerial, organizational, and societal problems.
