Master's Degree in Psychology (Graduated Summa Cum Laude), Faculty of Psychology, University of Warsaw, Poland
I am a Research Associate in the School of Psychology. I was awarded my PhD in 2022 from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw (Poland). My research interests revolve around emotions (with the focus on anger), cognition, and behaviour. Broadly speaking, I am interested in how emotions impact the way we think and act, and how they shape our decisions and judgments. My goal is to better understand the mechanisms underling these associations and their implications for psychological health and well-being. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the lab directed by Prof. Eddie Harmon-Jones, where I have the opportunity to investigate the associations between humility, anger, and aggression using methods from experimental psychology, psychophysiology, and affective and cognitive neuroscience.
