Our mission

Our mission is to provide an evidence-driven integrated advisory precision care service, enabling peer discussion and shared decision making for timely individualised oncology and cancer genomics patient care. This will enhance patient care quality and coordination and maximise equitable access to targeted therapies.

We're committed to establishing an embedded Precision Oncology Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT), which is dedicated to seamlessly integrating applied biomarker research evidence into cancer care, supported by our Precision Cancer Learning Health System. This will allow for the diffusion of scientific advancements and shared decision making between genetics and oncology experts to optimise precision care of all patients, including those with rare cancer tumour types and rare genetic diseases. These patients stand to benefit from targeted treatment or risk management strategies.

Our commitment is to enhance patient care quality and overall satisfaction with their precision cancer care journey. We strive to pioneer molecularly driven, evidence-based practices for the benefit of healthcare professionals and patients nationwide.

Our vision

Making precision care routine…

We envision a future where the unique advantages of our precision care model will compel this service to become an integral part of every Australian cancer care centre. This transformation will reshape the landscape of cancer care, enhancing both patient experiences and outcomes nationwide. Our goal is to establish a standard that elevates the quality and accessibility of precision oncology for all individuals.
