In collaboration with leading legal and leadership professionals, this intensive two-day course addressed the unique challenges faced by lawyers in leadership roles, integrating comprehensive leadership research. This program provided an exploration of the key facets of legal leadership and equipped participants with practical skills to lead themselves and high performing teams.
