Grievance Officers are here to support you should you have any course-related complaint that cannot or has not been effectively resolved with your tutor, lecturer or course convenor.
It's advisable to try and resolve any issues by first reaching out to your tutor, lecturer, or course convenor. If you're unsure who to turn to or you need additional advice, contact your Grievance Officer.
Your Grievance Officer will ensure that your complaint or concern is escalated to the appropriate person in the faculty and will provide support and guidance at each stage of the complaint process.
