Cultivating the next generation of future, senior Indigenous business leaders.

Together with private and public organisations across Australia, Elevate RAP has collaborated with AGSM, to offer a ground-breaking opportunity that will cultivate the next generation of Indigenous business leaders. The Executive Indigenous Leaders Program (EILP) focusses on developing executive-ready Indigenous future leaders.

The EILP is designed to provide executive level leadership development to high performing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander managers. Participants are typically in established management roles and may have been identified as possessing senior level potential. For many organisations this represents their middle to senior management strata. 

The program consists of 5 modules spanning 12 days throughout May to November 2024. It offers a variety of learning experiences including experiential learning in regional Victoria, Uluru NT, and Sydney NSW,and hybrid digitised and classroom learning.

Key Learning Outcomes:

  • Deepen cultural awareness & identity in the context of business leadership
  • Discuss challenges & opportunities facing future Indigenous leaders
  • Build a strategy and innovation toolkit to implement change within your organisation
  • Create strategy and innovation as vitally linked activities
  • Develop & implement a strategic action learning project to impact change in your organisation
  • Build a strong network of fellow leaders across the business community
  • Receive coaching and personal development planning
  • Use storytelling to convey purpose and motivate

Course Details:

Duration: 12 days, throughout the year spanning 5 modules

Location: Online Learning and in-class program hours

Cost: Early Bird Applications submitted prior to COB Tuesday 30 April 2024 cost $11,550 (inc. GST). Applications submitted from Wednesday 1 May 2023 will incur an additional fee and will cost $12,100 (inc. GST).

Travel accommodation and per diems are not included in this fee.
