About the episode

Have you ever listened to advice about healthy ageing and thought, it’s all very well to have a good diet and exercise routine, but some of us are too busy working or don’t have easy access to affordable fresh foods? Or maybe you live in an area where there are fewer health services and limited options for social activity.

In this episode, we hear from Professor Rebecca Ivers AM as we talk about some of the challenges and inequities that impact our ability to age well that can be beyond our personal control.
