This workshop focuses on the construction of 3D models of coronary geometry based on imaging techniques such as Computed Tomography Coronary Angiography. The workshop addresses the lack of publicly available datasets for developing automated algorithms, and highlights the Automated Segmentation of Coronary Arteries (ASOCA) challenge, which serves as a benchmark dataset for coronary artery segmentation. With the dataset now publicly available, the workshop aims to bring together researchers to discuss coronary artery segmentation and explore the dataset. Participants will have the opportunity to present their work and collaborate with experienced researchers.

Attendees are expected to be familiar with basic python programming. We recommend being familiar with Google Colaboratory, or sign up for a Google Cloud trial.
